Announcing a Major Event at Brigham Young University: SoundLab Introduces New 'Quantumphonic Sound' Technology
(PRWEB) September 9, 2007 -- Brigham Young University is about to become the first major University to become privy to a new technology in the science of sound. Over 20 years in the making, this new technology in speakers is now ready for the masses and leaders at BYU will have the extreme pleasure of being the first in the nation and world to hear the results of years of research and development. This new sound is so revolutionary; a new terminology has even been coined to distinguish it from other technologies. The catch phrase for this technology is "Quantumphonic sound". Quantumphonic sound is the highest level of sound as far as accuracy, transparency and depth for the recording and broadcast industries. The person who has been developing this new technology is Dr. Roger West and his company "SoundLab" which is located in Gunnison, Utah.
All department heads as well as other special select guest both faculty and students have been invited to the presentation that will occur on September 26 th at 10:00 AM in the Dejong Concert Hall. The seating capacity at the Dejong Concert Hall is 1400 people however those seated for this presentation will be invited faculty and other select guest and those who have reserved seating to attend the presentation. The presentation is sponsored by RezCom Systems who is the marketing representative for SoundLab. Dr. Roger West will be attending as well and will explain the technology of his new speakers and why they are going to revolutionize the sound industry.
TEAM RezCom, RezCom System's marketing team, just returned from an almost two month tour across the United States where they presented the Quantum Phonic Speakers by SoundLab to leaders in various industries across the country. Of particular note is that TEAM RezCom demonstrated these speakers to the Founder and CEO of the American Eagle Foundation which is located in Dollywood, Tennessee. Al Cecere, the CEO of the American Eagle Foundation, is excited about the new Quantumphonic sound and plans are already in place to install these new speakers in the AEF's outdoor amphitheater. Major developers for senior citizen facilities in the country are also excited about using these new speakers in their high rise senior citizen's condominiums because of the benefit this new sound offers to the hearing impaired.
Bruce Goldwell, Author and Producer, has this to say about the new Quantumphonic sound: "When I first hear the Quantum Phonic speakers by SoundLab, I was astounded at the clarity of the sound. I knew immediately that these new speakers would sweep the nation and the world and create a whole new standard in the industry of sound. I am sure that leaders not only on the BYU campus will find this technology an incredible new asset to their University, but that other Universities and leaders in other industries are going to have an interest in having this new technology at their disposal as well. I imagine that college campuses all over the country will want to learn about the Quantumphonic sound and why it works the way it does. It will add a whole new study to their curriculums."
As the September 26th event approaches, leaders at BYU will be planning their schedules around the presentation so as to be able to attend and will be selecting key people to attend with them. One professor is taking his whole class to the event. Those interested in attending the event should contact: Dennis Spurrier at 801-369-8449 or 801-254-9349
